MEFA has negotiated special group rates for the 2018 Marketing Ethnic Faculty Association Conference. You must make your hotel reservations by July 10, 2018 and properly identify yourself to qualify for the special group rate (based on availability). After July 10, 2018, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate.

$189.00 Single/Double Occupancy

 

Rates are subject to applicable state & local taxes, currently 14.45% occupancy tax per room per night (subject to change without notice)
Rates are based on availability.
Please reserve your overnight accommodations early as there are a limited number of MEFA special rates available.

The reservation cut-off date is July 10, 2018.
 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  All reservations are subject to Marriott's current cancellation policy.

Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out is 12:00pm.

Please note: Any hotel room booked outside the MEFA negotiated block of rooms may not be eligible for the discounted rate and/or have a different cancellation policy.
